Day 9

Knock Knock. [info]evilben answered the door. It was dark outside, but from the light streaming out he saw [info]logophylia1 holding out a tray of cookies. "Thought you might like one." he said.

"What are you nuts? I know you're the witch!" [info]evilben retorted. "I'm not eating anything you offer me!"

"Aww come on, just one bite . . . "

"Well when you put it so nicely . . . no! Not one bite!"

Suddenly [info]logophylia1 was on fire. The cookies flew up into the air scattering all around [info]evilben's cottage. Oil was being rained down from above the cottage by a mysterious black figure. [info]logophylia1 was toast after just a few short moments, a charred pile on the cobblestones. A dark figure hopped down from the roof tops, looked at [info]evilben placed a finger to its lips, shhhed, placed butter, jam, and a side of orange juice around the charred witch, and then disappeared into the night.

[info]evilben was visibly shaken, but relieved. Whew he dodged it there. He didn't even notice the feathered wing pick up one of the fallen cookies. Didn't notice the duck lying in wait in his bedroom. He was groggy when feathers shoved the cookie into his mouth, and held it tight, struggling, forcing him to swallow, quacking madly.

The duck whiped his wings together, satisfied that there would be more Evil Ben Snacks in the world soon.

SUMMARY: [info]evilben the VILLAGER is DEAD! [info]logophylia1 the WITCH is DEAD!

Well, the witch bombing Evilben was a surprise. I'm at a bit of a loss. Trying to juice more logic out of everything is proving pointless. I'm second-guessing my feelings, over and over. It's wonderful! I'm going to stick with my first instinct, and vote Snoopyh42. Inexperience seems to be correct, and I'll have to trust H&H.

Ok, maybe this is nothing, but... flipperchaz has been oddly quiet this game. Extremely quiet, so quiet I almost forgot he was playing. He's hardly an inexperienced player - I'm sure I've played 4 or 5 games with him at least - but he's hardly said a word.

I have been following things the past couple days, but there just hasn't been enough info to drawn any strong conclusions. Just been going with instincts. Worked out great with [info]slojae, not so much with [info]evilben.

Ug. While I do feel some suspicion of [info]dragonattack, more likely than not it is only because he's the loud one, which proves nothing. Not buying the inexperienced SK theory though, so I don't really want to support a bandwagon against [info]snoopyh42. So, just to spice things up, I'll vote [info]gnatdbug.

I think everyone is voting for the wrong person. One person in this game has talked just enough. He always is willing to go with the group or be talked into a lynch subject. He insists that everyone should be suspicious.

Alright. I have had enough.

I got as close as I can get and the jig is up.

Yes I am the Serial Killer.

Originaly, I was killing females, and keeping it food related then I just gave up. Attention span of a gnat after all.
The double kill on the hunter was not overcation nor stupidity. I was going for maximum carnage in a day. Not having a good bead on the wolves, I was not positive they were going to strike her that night. So I struck. HEr and two lovers...even with a double kill was still three bodies that night.

On the Martyr, that was luck on his part. I was not sure he was the mayrter, and did not know wolves were going for his target.

Leaving rusty alive was using him as a shield for me. His abrasive nature got peoples heckles up, distracting them from me. At that point, the witches potion was mostly gone, and since most of my targets were not obvious I was betting he would not deflect my kills till I took him down. Wolves did it for me.

I almost let the witch live a little longer, but he was getting to smart at the end. I waited to long to take out dragon.

There. Now how about some fava beans and a nice Cianti?

Oh and I was pretty sure about stride from early on, but I was pretty sure if I didn't kill the wolves when I did they would eat me sooner or later.
